My journey into orthopedic physical therapy began with my own experience recovering from sports injuries and the challenging rehabilitation process that followed. My desire to build a private practice of my own was inspired by my father’s pediatric practice, which was built on strong core values—treating both patients and staff with kindness, compassion, and accountability. These same principles continue to guide my practice today.
I earned my Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1999 and have practiced exclusively in outpatient orthopedics since that time. My continuing education has focused on refining the most effective methods to help patients recover from surgery and other injuries, with particular expertise in treating conditions involving the shoulder, knee, hip, and ankle. My approach centers on creating highly individualized treatment plans—often custom-designed for each patient—that intentionally target the patient’s most meaningful limitations to maximize recovery while keeping patients engaged.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Stacey, our two children, Grayson and Lane, and our dog, Presley, as well as staying active through fishing, kayaking, golfing, and other outdoor activities.
